New menu item: Pricing

In the interfaces area there is as of today, a new menu item 'Price Calculation'. With it it is now possible, to use single price calculations for several export profiles simultaneously. Subsequent changes of price calculations must therefore be entered only once, and not as previously in each export profile. Already created price calculations can be selected under 'Interfaces -> Export Settings', on the tab 'Preferences'.
Price calculations (as well as category assignments) are always stored for the currently active data source.
